Solouk was co-founded by Mohi Amirkhani and Yousha Bashir. Driven by their mutual taste in style and approach in fashion design, they launched the brnd in 2015. Mohi earned her BA in Tourism Management in 2013 and soon-after she realized her passion for the fashion industry and pursued her independent education and study. Yousha is a multi-disciplinary artist who earned his BA in Visual Arts in 2011 and since then has held numerous exhibitions internationally. His enthusiasm for fashion design stems from his passion for visual arts. Solouk pieces are characterized by having minimal approach but at the same time creating complex compositions. Dynamic energy flow in the shape of the designs and the use of organic fabrics are the key components that their collections together.
